Doing this boudoir photo shoot was a positive experience from start to finish.
Chris and Becca took the time to talk to me about my vision, what my husband found beautiful and sexy about me, and also what I loved about myself. From the first conversation, I was already refocusing my usual mindset of what I want to change about myself into a frame of mind that embraces the things I love, or that my husband loves about me.
During the shoot itself, Chris and Becca gave clear directions, took their time to get just the right shot, and gave me lots of positive feedback along the way. They played music, made me laugh, and assured me that everything looked incredible.
In the time between the shoot and the reveal of the photos, the anticipation was almost as exciting as the shoot itself. My husband couldn’t wait to see the pictures, and I could barely keep the details a secret.
The wait was beyond worth it— Becca and Chris captured both how I wanted my husband to see me, as well as how I wanted to see myself. I wanted to mark this period in my life where I’m turning 30 and fighting the urge to settle into my job, my age, or my body. Instead of settling, this experience has felt like celebrating. Having these photos means I can so easily go back to them and be reminded that I am the best, most beautiful version of myself at any age.

I’ve always wanted to do a Boudoir shoot, not so much for my husband, but for me, however I’ve always been too nervous or not confident enough in my body or any other excuse I could think of. I finally decided to do it and was super nervous.
The shoot lasted a couple hours and from the minute I walked in I was completely comfortable. They help you pick which of your outfits will look the best in photos and discuss your comfort level. The best part is, they like people who haven’t done it before! They told me how to pose, which way to look, when to open/close my eyes. I’m not gonna lie – some of the poses were a little hard to maintain, but they looked awesome in the final photos!

I did a last minute photoshoot at the end of August, just in time for my September wedding. Chris and Becca completely catered to the urgency of getting everything done on time.
Right from the beginning, both of them made everything feel so comforting and normal. It’s not everyday people do a boudoir shoot in front of complete strangers, but this experience went by without any awkwardness or uncomfortable moments. The entire photoshoot flew by with so many helpful pointers every step of the way.

Before the shoot, Chris called me to discuss what I envisioned and how I was feeling about it. He was so reassuring and talked out any nerves or anxieties I had with doing this (he even gave me pointers on outfits to choose from!). After the phone calls, my nervousness turned to such excitement!
